Ampersand Print offers authors three tiers of service from comprehensive ghostwriting to editorial or publication only. The author bears an increasing burden of responsibility for lesser service packages.
Pricing is based on a typical professional business book of 250 pages. We will work with you on custom pricing for custom projects, such as large format photographic folios, highly illustrated children’s books or simpler forms like unillustrated poetry.
All pricing is denoted in U.S. dollars.
Author Responsible to:
- Complete interview or survey
- Submit completed and proofread manuscript in MS Word
- Review, edit, approve manuscript format
- Review, edit, approve cover design
- Set pricing
- Review, edit, approve Amazon author page
Ampersand Print responsible to:
- Manuscript formatting for production, including intro and exit pages, chapters, titles, headers, citations.
- Review and typographic edit
- Cover design and original art
- Amazon formatting, Author page
- Marketing plan
- ISBN+Barcode purchase & placement
